GradNite 2010 will take place at PHS on graduation night, June 24th starting at 10:30pm and ending at 5:45am the following morning.

In order to attend GradNite:
• Students must participate in the graduation ceremony.
• A parent/guardian agreement/medical form must be signed and returned.
• A graduate agreement must be signed. These will be given to students at an in-school assembly at the end of May.

Please take time to read, complete, and return the  parent/guardian agreement to the school as soon as possible.Graduates will not be admitted without a signed parent/guardian agreement!

Please note that we strongly urge parents/guardians to drop off and pick up your graduate. After all of the excitement of graduation and being up all night celebrating, the graduates will be very tired. We consider this an issue of safety, and ask you to make arrangements so that your child does not need to drive him or herself home. We cannot stress this point enough.

Graduates must bring any required medication (inhaler, epipen, etc.) to GradNite. Students needing inhalers or epipens must carry them; all other medication will be held by medical personnel on site. There will be multiple medical staff members available at all times during the event.

Please encourage your graduate to stay all night. GradNite is an all night celebration with lots of great things that they will miss if they leave early, including the great prizes that will be given away at breakfast. In the event that your child feels that they must leave prior to 5:45am, you will be contacted. Once students leave, they will not be readmitted. However, we strongly encourage and prefer that all graduates stay until the end at 5:45am.

Submit your Volunteer From by June 5th if you would like to help at GradNite. This celebration is going to be an incredible night of fun and memories. Volunteer positions fill up quickly and we need a lot of help. Send in your volunteer form as soon as possible. It can be found at the GradNite website, www.phsgradnite.org. No adult will be admitted unless they are on the official volunteer list.

Students should dress comfortably and should only bring a swimsuit, towel, sweatshirt and yearbook in their backpacks. All toiletries will be provided for them. All backpacks will be inspected and checked in as the graduates arrive. Purses and cell phones must be left at home. GradNite takes no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged so we strongly suggest that they be left at home.

Together we can make GradNite one of the most memorable moments in your child’s life.

Please send your GradNite donation NOW!!

Thanks for all of your support.
